Agreementஒப்பந்தம்

Work is executed strictly as per the agreement signed before it starts; only the terms, specifications and conditions in that pre-approved agreement are valid. Work begins after both parties sign. Start and expected completion dates are written in it, all work follows the agreed scope, design and materials, and changes or extra work happen only after mutual approval. Durai Traders' rates change with the market and are confirmed on WhatsApp or by phone at the time of order. 4. Payments and refunds4. கட்டணம் & பணத்திருப்பம்

Construction payments are made in advance, in four stages: 30% at project initiation, 20% at lintel level, 20% at roof level and the final payment before finishing and handover. Work at each stage starts only after that stage's advance is received. Refunds follow your signed agreement.
